PRESENTATION VIA ZOOM (hosted by the School Library Journal)
Anton Treuer will join David Bowles for conversation about their new books at the School Library Journal’s virtual event in Fall 2020. Treuer is publishing a young reader adaptation of Everything You Wanted to Know About Indians But Were Afraid to Ask.
From SLJ:
“Authors in dialog” sessions are essentially a “keynote conversation.” There will be a staff moderator at those sessions (just like they are for the single keynotes), but the moderator is much less visible and present in the program. The idea is that the two selected authors interview each other—a real dialog among peers.
This May, the SLJ Day of Dialog, had an attendance of 10,000 teachers, librarians, influencers and publishing professionals. SLJ expects the same (if not a larger) turn out this fall.
