Anton Treuer will be facilitating a private training for the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) which will focus on building meaningful, respectful, and intentional partnerships with Tribal Nations. Topics will include Tribal sovereignty, best practices for engaging with Tribal leaders, and approaches for creating long-term collaborations that honor community priorities and cultural protocols.
