How can we help young native men and women thrive when they've already come through the doors of a juvenile detention center? This training for staff at Northwestern Minnesota Juvenile Training Center is designed to equip participants with a deeper understanding of native culture, tools for addressing racial disparities, and helping young people make their experience into learning opportunities rather than a descent into darkness. 

This training is only open to staff at NMJC.
